Jeu de Boules Courts with Benches at the Groene Poort Oost Neighbourhood Park

The Groene Poort Oost Foundation wants to create a double jeu de boules court in the neighbourhood park. The aim is to encourage more local residents to meet and play together. Two benches will be placed next to the courts for people to sit or watch. The central location of the courts in the park, situated between Heer and Scharn, will promote interaction. Volunteers will maintain the courts. If there is enough interest, competitions will be organised, and membership of the Dutch Jeu de Boules Association arranged.
