Welcome to the Hof van Heer Community Garden

The Hof van Heer community garden is located next to Croonenhoff care home in Heer. This project, now in its fifth year, is run entirely by volunteers. To provide better access to those less mobile visitors living so close, the Hof wants to create a new path. This will facilitate access for people using wheelchairs or walking aids. The goal is to provide a green meeting place for everyone in the neighbourhood to enjoy and visit frequently.
